United Kingdom VFR Tour 2008
NOTE: This tour will be available to start until 2359Z on Saturday January 31st 2009, after which members will not be permitted to start the tour. Those who have yet to complete the tour must do so by 2359Z on Tuesday 31st March.
IVAO UK proudly presents the 2008 divisional VFR tour taking you to many small G/A fields right through to some medium sized international airports.
The 2008 tour will require the crossing of 8 major airport control areas where, to cross you will need to call up the radar controller and get the permission to transit through his airspace following all the procedures for VFR Zone crossings (Charts are a must have!) and finally towards the last few legs the tour will take you to White Waltham where you will be very very close (but not inside) the heathrow control area this leg will require a bit more flight planning.

Notes:
- All legs must be flown under VMC.
- Make sure you have all the needed charts for each aerodrome.
- All legs must be flown in the order given.
