The Private Pilot (PP) Course teaches a member to fly a Single Engine Piston (SEP) light aircraft Visual Flight Rules (VFR) in Visual Meteorological Conditions (VMC)

The Instrument Rating (SPP) Course teaches a member to fly a Multi Engine (ME) aircraft Instrument Flight Rules allowing the holder to fly in Instrument Meteorological Conditions (IMC).

The Commercial Pilot (CP) Course teaches members to fly a multi-pilot jet transport aircraft to a commercial standard.
