We are currently seeking candidates for the following positions:

Applicants for staff positions must be active members within the IVAO for a minimum of 6 months.

Senior Staff Advisors and Management staff shall be at least 18 years of age.


Position GB-AOAC ATC Operations Assistant Coordinator
Description The division ATC Operations Assistant Coordinator is responsible for assisting the ATC Operations Coordinator (AOC) with running the ATC Operations Department of the XU Division This position requires the applicant to be, highly motivated and able to work to deadlines.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Assisting the AOC in managing ATC Operations in the XU Division.
• Assisting the AOC in maintaining the division database of ATC Units.
• Assisting the AOC in publishing detailed information about local ATC procedures.
• Assisting the AOC in setting ATC training/exam standards in conjunction with the Training Department.
• Assisting the AOC setting the facility ratings of the division.
• Assisting the AOC creating and maintaining division Sector Files.

The following minimum requirements are divisional requirements:

• Minimum rating ADC/PP.
• Demonstrate effective communication.
• Be a team player.
• Innovative thinking.
• Clean suspension/forced disconnection history for 1 year.


Position GB-TA Training Advisor
Description Division Training Advisors are "the cream of the crop" when it comes to training with IVAO. As a training advisor you instruct our members on our specially designed ATC & Pilot courses and deliver on the job training at specified aerodromes. Working alongside other advisors and the training coordinator your role is to support, nurture and mentor our members to the high standard we display here in the United Kingdom & Ireland MCD.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Teaching structured ATC and Pilot courses when requested.
• Mentoring students by means of “On the job training sessions”.
• Keeping detailed member training logs via our training management system.
• Assisting other training advisors with their training sessions when required.
• Completing assigned examinations and submitting reports for validation.
• Writing training materials to branding standards when requested.
• Assisting the training coordinator with any required tasks when requested.

The position requires a minimum rating applicable to the course being delivered. (I.e. APC courses may only be delivered by APC rated instructors, the same is observed when instructing pilots.)
